Pieces missing? Try moving all of the pieces around—sometimes they stack on top of each other.
Also, note that if you have your browser "zoomed in," it can cause a conflict with this game and some of the pieces can end up off screen. Depending on the browser you use, the zoom settings may be a bit different, but try looking under the "View" menu. You should be able to choose something like "Reset Zoom" or "Actual Size" to set the page to normal size. Then refresh and try the game again.
